We want to welcome a new Customer Service Administrative who will assist in executing the daily Branch Operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other Customer Service and Post Sales tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Delegates delivery issues or similar to solve customer Placing orders in SAP and following process from Order to Delivery/Invoice for the branch.
- Represents Neolith as Brand Ambassador, their values and business goals.
- Supervises accounts reconciliation for both customers and suppliers.
- Querying/chasing payment from customers and maintenance of their credit accounts.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Acts as support for Administration HQ as regards bookkeeping tasks and bank reconciliation.
- Raise invoices and credit notes.
- Liaising with accountant.
- Managing office budget and negotiating contracts with suppliers to keep expenditure under control.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Develop and maintain a e-filing system.
- Monitoring of supplier invoices.
- Placing orders in SAP and following process from Order to Delivery/Invoice for the branch.
Requirements:
- Preferred but not essential Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 2+ years of hybrid experience in accounting and customer service positions.
- Background in cross functional duties in cooperation with remote teammates.
- Strong teamwork skills and relationship builder.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to deal with confidential, sensitive information.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- SAP and Salesforce experience is highly valuable.
